the Penguin

I have decided to add the "inverness-style" overcoat ( from the "Divito" character made by Applause)

Note the short stature of the Penguin in comparison   the other Villians

I think the addition of the overcoat... along with the proper tux that he wears... will look good on the figure....

The Whole "problem" with the "Height"  issue is that the figure ( including Hat) is only 9 inches .... all of my 1/6th  scale figures are 12 inches tall.... He was a short little bastard anyway... Should work out well for my collection of Villains.. Next to the Joker My Favorite childhood "Hero"....
