Tim Burton Day... !!!

We forgot about his Birthday on Aug. 25th...!!! (and even Stephen King's earlier this week)...

                                               One of my favorite Quotes....
the Great Beetlejuice is his Creation upon which we shall choose...

A very enjoyable movie with (to quote Mr. Burton) "Cheap and Cheesy Special effects"...

And his fun  take on the "Aftrelife"...

A fun film... for All ages...

Good Lady Emma of "Little Gothic Horrors" Had a "Tim Burton" Celebration today...!!!

the original Music Video for this song from the film...

Back to his first (animated and with Vincent Price as narrator) "Vincent"...

                                                                    Enjoy...

Meat Pies.... More May Monster Madness...

More with Sweeney Todd and the Pie Lady (Miss Lovett)

For the best in Meat Pies,...drop by Miss Lovett's shop... on the corner of Fleet Street...

We love this song.... a "fun" sing-along...

Remember, Kiddies.... You are what you eat.....

By the Way...

Today is the Birthday of Tim Burton.....!!!

He has made more than a few of my favorite Films...

Beetleuice was a favorite ... Great "Fun" movie...

And (along with this fun tune , Danny Elfman has done the music for many of his films....)

A fun tune and well used in this film...

His version of Mars Attacks was truly Enjoyable... "Ack,Ack Nakk...!!!"

A fun little tune and a Great video clip....

And the first two Batman films.... We thoroughly enjoyed...

And the perfect song for this great Villain....

And even in the early 80's the studio had decided that "Jack" was to be "The Joker"....

And a completely "new look" for the Penguin.....

A great "Twisted" performance by DeVito
He has tried to "distance" himself from his version of Dark Shadows...

some great performances, but the "magic" of the original show was "Lost" in this film...

That was a "story-line" that he did not "get" ,... So he made his Own version of how he "perceived the Story concept... ... And Not doing this Great series "Justice"...

And of course "Sweeney Todd"... a favorite Villain of mine since early childhood (we had read the mid 1800's version as a child... and loved him and the "Meat Pie Lady"...

                                                            and "Halloween Town"....

one of my favorite scenes... "and what did Santa bring You...??"
Even the Wonderful "stop-motion" animated ..."Nightmare Before Christmas"...!!!
