have made a few Captains and some "proto-type" Adventures...
the heavy rains have stopped ... much area flooding... roof leaked on me most of yesterday and last night... a Friend is visiting... will be riding with another Friend later today... so, get to go away from here for a bit (and Not a doctor visit)
just fixed a fresh pot of coffee... and am sitting down to my first cup...
Just sitting here this evening... Friends are out of town for now...
Not much of a "friend" to leave them stranded...
Have FaceBook pulled up (for "Messenger") to keep up on how they are...
rains and more cold on the way here... waiting to hear back if my young Friend and his girlfriend get a ride back to Marshville from Charlotte ..... a "so-called" friend took them to a card tournament up there and seems that he left them there... Wishing you a better evening than they are for now...
Had visitors over the weekend... (and little sleep)... ... Then the phone rings .. another Friend in need... He just had a Very bad day... ending about Noon when he was taken to Hospital when found lying in a roadside ditch...
just got back from Hospital and asked if I could find him some clean clothes as he took a shower... Never a "dull moment"... and just as we are typing my Brother dropped by... only stayed a moment...
... we need a "break" from "Things"... !!!
About to get a bit of rest (if we can)... and wait to hear back from Friend...

... this news has saddened us more than a bit... he was recovering and doing "better"... and now "Mr. Sweet" has passed... We think of this dear Lady as a "Friend" (and those are very "rare" these days)
"Something" kept throwing Shampoo Body wash, and the bar of soap at him and her in the bathroom the other night.. then likes to Bang loudly on the ceiling above the tub...
Do not know if it does Not like them ... or is just being "playful"... this is Not how it normally does to visitors... usually much more "subtle" in its actions... especially messes with him should he enter my bathroom... (he asks his girl to accompany him if he has to enter that room....
cannot help but to laugh about it scaring them... Though it does not normally throw things at visitors.. .
How do I "rationally" explain these things to my young Friends ??
Have not seen him in a few years... he is on the phone with a girl that he was waiting on (at my house) for her to make it Marshville...
We began this Post back about 8 hours ago... been a long Night... we watched some You Tube and some video clips (and music videos) that we have saved... She arrived in town bit less than an hour ago... they took a shower and left... haven't seen her in years either...
He has been "away" since about the time that we began this Blog... Glad to see he is doing well..
She had a terrible time getting here from SC... driving in the dark in a rented car... given a warning ticket (and directions) by a cop... ended up circling back in a large loop to a further point...
... at least none of the "Drama" was in my direction.... Have a pleasant Friday... about to get a bit of rest ... my Sister may get off from work earlier .... Later Folks....

and the new Adventures that we posted at Spore.com only one was played (then "down-rated")...

Server (500 Error) for my Spore game came back online last night... Today would have been 4 weeks without... So been able to do very little about my Spore game-worlds...
Till Alex re-installs my game can do little but to run through (or create) Adventures...
So We will have to start again with a mostly Empty Galaxy for game-play... and re-build their Empires from "nothing"... that will keep us busy for a good while...

Hung out with a couple of Friends last night... (one left after 5:00am... younger Friend left at 7:00)
... Had a rather good evening... got to watch "Age of Ultron" ( as well as most of "Civil War")...
We also spent almost two hours telling jokes and riddles (we were very good at answering their Riddles... we enjoyed that)
My other Friend just stopped by and we also need to check on new downloads as well...
Today would be his 50th Birthday...!!!! (damn , we feel Old now)...
Do not even know if he is still living... we last saw him back in 88' at my Grand-Mother's funeral....
He was awaiting trail for a rather brutal murder... (my Friend and Cousin, by marriage) had become hooked on Cocaine... he left his wedding band as collateral with the Dealer... when he showed up less than 2 days later ... the Dealer told him that he sold it... my Cousin was Upset... so the Dealer pulled a gun on him... so he grabbed one of the knives from the dealer's kitchen and killed him.... but he was so enraged ... he just kept on stabbing... (making a "mess")(said to have stabbed him at least 40 times)
the Judge decided to Make an Example of him (and the Dealer's Family insisted the their "piece of crap" Dealer was killed because of my Cousin being a "Racist"...!!)
So to "appease the Black folks of his area, the judge gave him 40 years in prison...
Have not heard from him since... our best wishes to my old Friend... over these many years, he has been missed... thinking of having lost him to a piece of Crap, Drug Dealer really "Pisses us Off" !!!
See, we do Not need to be "Thinking" much... Something very "Bad" could happen...
after waking from my sleep (on the floor with one cover) in the back room (power in the back two rooms is out) sitting by the small heater to get warm.... This morning's temp was about 10 degrees lower than the forecast said last night...
My Friend hit a small spot of loose gravel (from someone's driveway which extended onto the road ) and his motor cycle is all messed up on one side (even his jacket has shredded sections up the arm) ... Luckily only a bad area of abrasion to his arm...
... but it could have been Much worse...
He is leaving to try to get it to his home... (stuck in 2nd gear) .. supposed to call to let me know that he made it home safely... we are concerned about him....
Unsure as to "What' just happened or what is what at the moment....
