  This Short Story by Theodore Sturgeon I read in a collection of tales while back in high school...

                                     I really enjoyed this tale and read it several times ..... I was amazed to find an illustrated version of this story in a used comic store years ago... so I had to have it and the magazine version of this great story.... Read his tale if you ever get the chance....
                                          His story told the story from the "monster's point of view"

 

I really enjoyed this story in my youth...

 Well worth a short read....
