This was the first film version of Stoker's book, "Dracula"... (Names and locations were changed... but a direct "rip-off" of his novel)... so, his wife sued... and eventually got a court-order to have the film removed and All copies were to be Burned... Lucky for us some folks did Not burn their copies...
Thanks to these "Law-breakers"... we can still enjoy this great classic today...
