More with Nosferatu....
This vampire was Not the "suave" version (as played by Lugosi)... this was a true "Monster... bald-head, pointed ears, fangs and claws... a scary thing, even Today (nearly a 100 years later).
Max Schreck (German for "Terror") gave a creepy performance as the "Count"...
Though the film was ordered to be Destroyed.... a few years later it was again released...
this time with a musical sound-track... (but the same "banned" film)...
As a small child... this was the first picture that we ever saw of this Vampire...
(and it gave us "Nightmares" for years after)
