Clouds are already splitting apart as it approaches....
so the severe part will pass to the south side of this area... at least it will cool off things for a bit....
an "intense" little strip of a storm... "warnings" of high winds as well....

Just stepped into the Kitchen to pour the last of my coffee into my cup.... and a Lizard (about 6 or 7 inches long , including tail... ran out from under the table ... scared (actually "startled" ) me .. first thought was "Snake".... it must have crawled in under the back door.....
ReplyDeleteMy initial "reaction" would have been humorous to have seen... I shouted "Sh!t" ... and did a quick little "two-step"....
... was laughing at myself for getting startled like that...
almost as funny as the time that a "fly-strip" stuck to my hair and I had no idea "what" had a hold of me... it had my long hair pulled over my face ad we could not see it and "panicked" a bit.....
my visiting friends got a good laugh from my reactions to that one...
Very little rain and only a short period of "wind"....
