got about 3 hours of sleep... just having a cup of re-heated left-over Coffee....
That first sip helps to make my day ( We try to enjoy even the "simple Pleasures"... Life is mostly "miserable" which makes us "treasure" the things that many just take for granted...)
and Captain Cold reminding to have a good breakfast, Kiddies...
Going to have to buy a New coffee cup (mine is a Halloween "witch silhouetted against the moon , only three colors used) ... the handle is cracked (from another fall) and we have used this one for almost Five years...

My ride to the doctor's office will soon arrive...
