Good Afternoon....
Well we hope that your first Monday of the Year has gone well for you...
Another neighbor's Pit Bull is loose... No one at home at their house...
cannot feed my dog today till the other is not here....
My other neighbor had a relative show up and he refused to get out of his car till I went over and held the loose dog... It could sense his "fear".. so, he growled at him and slightly barked... Most dogs seem to like Stacey... He is larger than the two dogs of my Neighbor... (they too are Pit Bulls)
... so only lesser issues to deal with today....
Sipping re-heated slightly burnt coffee...
It took about three hours to finally fall asleep but we got almost 10 hours of sleep (very rare for me)...
Take the time to do something "Fun" today... any activity that you enjoy even if only for a moment or two.... it will help to lift your spirits... and you Deserve it give yourself a bit of a "break"... you have just made it through another Year....
So, pat yourself on the back and remember to Smile.....

Mouse is barely functional... No place in this little Town to buy one....
ReplyDeletejust received a phone call earlier ... a good Family (Friends of Stacey)... her father , who had an accident a couple of months back and crushed both bones in his lower leg... just had a massive heart attack ... now on "life-support"...
Please include the Ricks Family and the Father (Chris) in your prayers....
... Watching the sufferings of those for whom we "Care",....hurts more than our own burdens...we are having warmer days for a few and clear skies....
Never was into swimming holes - too confined a space and you never really know what might be in there
ReplyDeleteIt gets too cold in this part of the South (during our Winter) for large reptiles....
ReplyDelete... Worst would be a poisonous snake or a 50 lbs+ catfish... Few "lurking creatures" in the waters of this area...
