Windstream "Crashing" repeatidly this Evening...

                                        ... currently playing"this" as a Captain...
               after waiting over half an hour... we finally got to speak to an actual "Person"!!!
They were kind and "understanding" and scheduled a "Free" Service Call for tomorrow... !!

    Scheduled maintenance worker just called ... and is in route...

    Well had him drop by then about an hour later the tree-trimmers arrived... (they just finished up)...
