The folk of Kildarby in Ireland love to get rip roaring Drunk... they then go out and take turns pissing on the Blarney Stone... The real fun comes the next day when they watch the tourists come by and Kiss it for luck...LOL
No offense intended to any Irish .. Most of my ancestors were Irish... But it is a "funny" Joke ... lol
