They originally planed for a series of stories centering around Dr. Phibes and his many "disguises" ....

ReplyDeleteA great Vincent Price role, sympathetic, romantic, and utterly mad.
I wonder from whence that comic book cover came.
The comic was British and was only an idea that was pitched at the publishers.....who turned down the idea... I bet that Dr. Phibes could have changed the minds of the "surviving" publishers....lol
