on this date , the great character actor Al Lewis was born... he first delighted viewers in "Car 54, Where are You"... But is best remembered as "Grandpa" on the Munsters....
He was known for his great sense of Humor... his memory will live on...
We always enjoyed him on that show (his lab,... and He Was "Dracula" himself !!!) Cool character !!
