was upset that the neighbor had (Again) filled my trash can (we pay almost $40.oo per month for pick up once a week) ... did not know that she was in the car outside... She popped out ranting and cussing me... (this went on for about five minutes... )
we have been allowing them to use my can ( only produce less than 1/2 a can by myself...)
And was told that the rest of the neighbors of my street do not even like Stacey... (Been here Longer than Any of them !!!!)

She then went on to fuss at me about my lawn... my mower is broken... and I cannot... about that time another neighbor went to mailbox ... we said "Mame..." (the neighbor still ranting and cussing)... "neighbor said "I don't want anything to do with it Stacey"... then ignored me and walked on...

There is No Shutting up an "irate Black Woman" (short of just Killing her)... if we were close enough we would have most likely shut her up Permanently !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
