Been a bit Busy...

and my body gave out (was up till nearly 11:00am today... so slept longer than usual....

 and had a "verbal" altercation with the "Crack-Head" (who was the one who assaulted me)....
I stepped out and informed him that he was in violation of the terms of the "Restraining Order" (which he did not even bother to show in court for).... the only "Threats" that we made were of "legal actions"... He was Not "Happy"...

                                         Lots to have occurred in a short peorid of time...
                 
                  about to call it a night... sky is beginning to lighten... sunrise is drawing near....
