A-Z... Today is "D" for "Dr. Phibes"...

 
My favorite murdering Movie Madman was and still is the Abominable Dr. Phibes....
                  
                                               So our choice for "D" is "Dr. Phibes"....

    Horribly disfigured in an auto accident in a rush to the hospital where his lovely wife lay dying...
                             A Great "over the Top" performance by the late Vincent Price....

                                              One By one ...he took Revenge upon the doctors....
                                              The Frog Mask... a bit tight I'm afraid....
Played as "glefully Evil"... Mr. Price Prepares to do in the Nurse with the "Plague of Locust"...
                                                   Great way to kill a victim...
                               one of the most enjoyable characters from horror films...
                                                   Dr. Anton Phibes.....!!!

    That piece was from Britain,... They were going to make a series of stories about Dr. Phibes... Sadly this project never got to get the "go-ahead" to begin production about 40 years ago...
    Sorry ...we do not know any more than that...
