Love the Joker. One of my favorite's was the one called Batman: The Killing Joke. It's a pretty dark vision of his character. The new Batman games are also worth playing through, with Mark Hamil and the cast from the "animated series" reprising their roles.
Mark Hamill (Who has voiced the animated version and both games .... ) Has said that he will no longer be the voice of this beloved and hated villain..... tis sad indeed ...after all, ...he did do the best Joker "Laugh"....
