Meatloaf with onions....
a hand-shaped (sized) meatloaf.... with bits of onion as finger nails (you can use Red or White ...)
and a thick onion slice for the "wrist"...
Maybe even a bit of food coloring to add to the potatoes....
Some easy to fix treats... Just a doughnut and a pair of plastic (keepable "treat") Vampire fangs...
Hot Dogs and Garlic...
Or just make "Mummy" (pig in a blanket) ... can bake a couple drops of catsup or mustard as eyes...
Had to add these... they are "disturbing" looking food... 
Cut into strips... and you have "Worm Dogs"... Looks good... 
Or maybe just burgers with "smiling" cheese
These are but a few "ideas"... the Power Outage, put us behind on making this post...
