And yesterday Was the Birthday on Lon Chaney Jr...
His Father was the great Horror Movie Star.... And he carried on the tradition....
A Man whose contributions to Horror Films were immense .... We owe him, and others of this period a lot for helping to "Shape" these films into more what we know today....
Anytime that we post on these Classic Horror films... number of "Views" drastically "Drop"....
These films are deserving of "respect"....
So I guess that we "Sign off" off for this day ... maybe we will be back tomorrow...
Why bother ... it is not like anyone would even notice...
Good Bye and have a pleasant day.... Later
ReplyDeleteI notice Dr. T.!
ReplyDeleteYes, my Friend...
ReplyDeleteBut they are the very "foundation of All Horror Films....!!!
They deserve "Recognition".....!!!!!
Bela Lugosi's Dracula is probably my favourite iteration of the character - it's certainly the one I go to in my head when I'm referencing the character (say, in a game of D&D). Although I have a soft spot for the 'Nosferatu'/Count Orlok look as well.
ReplyDeletePlease keep up these posts on classic horror movies - I find them very interesting and inspirational. Makes me want to dig out my old discs and watch them again (those that I can, of course).
Thank you good Sir Knight...
ReplyDeleteThe Chris Lee is the Dracula that we grew up with
