the "Rules" of Halloween....


                         Little Sam here to remind us of the "Rules of Halloween"....


                                                 And do Not forget to pass out Treats....
        
                                  and Never Smash (or "disrespect") a Jack-o-Lantern...
  
                                 Hope you have chosen you Costume for that Special  night....
                            The most important Rule of Halloween... Always wear a Costume !!!

    I always make sure my Jack O' Lantern stays lit until after midnight!
