seems we "over-did-it" yesterday... Heart issues...
Called and left a report of issues with primary care doctor... he told us to not to try to much of Anything today... chest pains... (mostly a dull ache on lower back of heart ... sometimes a rather sharp pain) the underside of the largest "orb" on the right has been hurting since my breathing treatment (a bit over an hour ago)...
Sorry ... not really up to par this day...
