Friday Night Here....

An old Friend dropped by last night and hung out ...( the water had frozen where he lives...) And from early Today until early evening a couple of very good Friends hung out as well...

                       We actually have known "every word" to this song since my Youth...

This song was one of my favorite "Party" songs of when Stacey first started "hanging out" with Friends.....  Up till my late teens never really listened to much music ( Other than "sound-Track" albums of films that I enjoyed) as a kid I listened to my parent's old records... very little of "popular" music of the day.... Not till many years later did I begin to listen to the "Current" music ( unfortunately ....that was about the time of "Disco" music... just "bad Timing".......)

                         That was around the time that John Carpenter released "Halloween"
Don't worry Kiddies ...we do Not intend to torture you with Disco ...Nor "Rap".... We Really HATE Rap...... How about a bit of Tina Turner...???

Well We Got Our Snow...

                 
                          a bit over an inch....!!! (That is a Lot for around here)
            Most of the ground is still white for now ...(due to temps in the low 20's...)
                                Sorry our "health" not at its best today....
Just put my dog back outside ... the whole way he kept stopping and smelling the snow...
                       
                                finally having my first cup of Coffee for the day as well...
                        it is rather cold in here so my coffee does not stay "hot" for very long....

                         Have spent very little time on-line for a couple of days....
                 
Just found out that two days ago was the 40th anniversary of the release of the role playing game Dungeons and Dragons ( the D&D Posts will start back in a few days to celebrate this great game....)

Snow is almost Here....!!! ( we seldom ever get ANY Snow.... all it will be is a light coating of "white" over the area by morning and will melt away quickly as the Sun comes up...)
 
                                 But just "something" a bit different around here....
                                

Many More Game Crashes....

 
The game is shutting down after just a bit of play time ... (just started this issue earlier this evening)...
So we are killing off another couple of "Empires" to not be such a "burden" upon the "memory" on my computer.... Thus , Fewer "processing" issues....

                 the "Mi-Go" ( a Lovecraft creature" we have already "offed" a bit ago....

                                           Next my other "Insectoid Aliens"....
                      Hopefully their "Deaths" will help my Game run more "smoothly"....

3:00am Here and Still at my Game...

                                                         Just "Crashed" Again....
                                               Luckily...we had just "Saved"....

                These are their vehicles... the "Bone Hauler" (armor of well over 400)

                   And the "Reaper" (500 armor ...!!!) ..their aircraft for the planets....

                               And of course their "Homes" ...the Crypt"....

Been at Spore for a While.....

And with the creation of my "Crypt" (with grave-stones and a couple of burial vaults surrounding)
 
                            I can Now make cities of Graveyards....... Cool!!!
                                    
 And my new "Skeletal Horrors" Empire is spreading these Graveyard Cities and their collected "Monsters" to worlds through  out the Galaxy....  Something like "Johnny Appleseed".....

I knew that with the ability to "customize" the game of "Spore".... that eventually ...we could come up with a Cool Universe for our enjoyment..... ( Took a bit longer than expected though)....
