Another of My favorite villains from my early childhood watching reruns of the 60's Batman

                        Danny Devito was my favorite version had that "Dr. Theda" look

 

I want him for my collection of 12 inch villains..!!!

 

Burgess Merideth also made for a good Villain... ( Note: He had given up smoking many years before playing the Penguin... So when he wold cough form the cigarettes during filming  He would mask it with his trademark "Quack" )
