Found an "interesting" Arrest...

                                                   ... a tale about a Tree...
Seems that back in 1898 a British military commander was drunk and insisted that a Tree was moving about and then came towards him... he ordered it placed under Arrest... LOL

                                 found a mention of this in looking over other info...
                                              So, went to Google to look up "Why"...
