Looks like It will be a lot of Coffee, and Peanut butter sandwiches... With an occasional $.99 Pizza....

           So things pretty much Suck here a "Home".... But they have at times been "MUCH Worse in past recent Years ( at least I have Power and Water ...for now...) ( a few years back I had to go for a Year without running water.....)
 This One of several "major Issues with which I am going to have to "deal with" ....Soon...
