in the Dc Comics story-line of "Underworld Unleashed"....Neron came to offer to give powers and "favors" to the Villains (and some of the Heroes as well) in exchange for their Souls....
Thus a Great Villain for "N"....!!!!
He later imprisoned Satanus for his words....
"N" seems to be seriously under-represented in the world of villainy. I must confess I've never heard of Neron but I'm not terribly well-versed in comics, so it's not surprising, LOL!

Tomorrow's Villain for "O" is Professor X (when he went insane) ... did Major damage to the entire Marvel Universe... and killed off some characters as well...
