The Federal Gov. tested him about 30 years ago and told him that his IQ was "well over 150"....!!!
                                      And his FBI "Psychological Profile" is "Sealed"....
                                    we will have a "special" "Villain" for the letter "S"....
         Listed as "Greatest Villain" of his area (over Drug Dealers and even Murderers)....

    ...Not quite sure how to take "things" at present...

      Worst Villain in these parts dear Lady Debra... at least according to most residents... And being "Feared" by them as we are ... Nobody has the "guts" to come to my home and bother me...
      and the cops no longer bother me for we threatened to have my Dad's Lawyer turn them into the Civil Liberties Union... ( we are now disabled, and they Must show and Prove "Just Cause" to further harass me....)
