    Bad news.,.... Halloween is "Ruined" .....
    ... my young Friend (who talked us into last year's outing) was attacked and beaten by the same "Crack-Head" (Parter) who attacked me and destroyed All of my teeth...
    Some we will not be attending Uptown....
