Things Not working with Computer

              taken well over half an hour to compile this much...

mouse will not scroll (three sales calls in about one Hour) this is making trying to post nearly impossible>>>  Well happy Anniversary to our Crypt and a pleasant day to All !!!          
             
ran a system restore and "trouble_shooting">>> still not working>
 
        We are having our first cup of coffee for the day... not quite up  to our regular self...
 
Well got back some Characters for my Sims2 game... (will not install new ones ... or even saved ones) ... So a bit "limited" as to things we can do with sims Keyboard malfunctioning >>> mouse not working right< something wrong Cannot do post for now
                          
              And will not allow "copy paste" for now either>>> unsure What is wrong
