Today's Dungeons and Dragons Post....

        
     the Question for Today is "What were the first miniatures that we used in game-play.... ???

Not really sure.... They were Ral Partha.... That much I can say for sure.... We added more as we went along.... My nerves were better then... and I detail  painted them at the time....
.... We would go there (The Dragon's Nest) and look over whatever they had gotten into stock....
Occasionally setting back a figure or two after choosing what we could afford at the time....
I even remember the box of 48 plastic Skeletal warriors.... That was an "interesting" project .... even managed to get them All painted in only a bit over a day....

  1. Coated each skeleton in Black... then wiped away all "surface areas" leaving the paint in all the "details" of the figure.... Then "dry-brush" over with White ( a "flat" White works very well for this....) and "touch-up" the face of each skeleton....
