Yeah, people hurt us, but only because we make ourselves vulnerable to them.
And why would we do that? Why would we knowingly put ourselves into a position where others can hurt us?
Because the only way to be happy on this horrible little planetoid, is to love people, and the only way to love people is to make yourself vulnerable to them.
My Problem is that there a few people that I care about More than "Myself" My Sister is to be Married Tomorrow ... So I Called one of my Mom's family to ask if they could be of "Any" help..... So I end up getting thoroughly "Chewed-Out" by several people ...including My Sister for trying to "help" her... As I have said Before ...."No Good Deed goes Unpunished".... So much for even "trying",,,
Believe me, I understand you. Since I can remember my mom treats me bad, but she's my mom and I love her... and when I try to help her I only receive bad words, but I always do the same... I suppose that is unavoidable. I hope they trates you better.

Unfortunately, You are correct...and when these few people get upset...they will use this fact as a way to make us feel like "Crap"...
