Hi Ho, Hi Ho.... Its Off to the Hospital I Go...

Hospitals are such great places (there's always a crowd waiting to get in....)
my step-mother just called... she will be here shortly to pick us up....
all day wearing a hospital gown without a back...
trying to have a re-heated cup of coffee....
the area of pain has again grown in size as I slept.....

I will just be glad when this day is over....

  1. I am so very tired of doctors....
wonder how many new meds they will have me taking....
(I really hate having to take so many meds... already on 8 or 9 types)...

  2. Dear Stacey...I am thinking of you today and hope things go really, really good.
None of like hospitals but they sure are great when you need them.
Hang in there, my friend. :)

  5. Well, "Good" news and the doctor also "confirmed a "Worry" that I have had for some time...
... the "Giant Bulbous Emphysema" ... there is Not just the One large fluid-filled" orb ... we have many "smaller" ones through-out the dead lung tissue... "that is the "bad" news...
Apparently one of these smaller orbs "ruptured"... thus causing a bit of "collapsed lung"... thus, the nasty "pain"... so pain should gradually fade away... that is the "good" news.....
and "Oh, just a bit of collapsed lung" ... being your "Good" news... things must not be so "great"...
and the Hospital staff were nice and "friendly" and almost always "Smiling"... all of which helped to put us more at ease.... So not too bad of a day thus far....
