This Cold Weather Would Not Be So Bad ...


                                                 if only we were in better health....
this really cold air causes much pain inside of my chest and after a just a bit ... breathing beginning  to mostly stop... So I can spent very little time outside....

    Wish that we had footage of a few minutes ago....
    Went to get dog back inside (everything in my front yard is a sheet oh ice...)
    we did a bit of "Break dancing" type moves... (and repeatedly continued to make similar "moves")... at least we did not completely Fall..
