Start with the wire "frame-work".....
This time .... you wrap a bit of "padding" to give it shape and form....
then, using only pieces of "Masking Tape".... "Flesh it out" and detail its "shape as you desire....
The "Hand" does not even have to look human ... make the fingers as long and creepy as you desire....
paint as you wish....
Note: narrow strips of cardboard make Great "boney ridges" up the back of the Hand ....
