The Abominable Dr. Phibes was one of my childhood "idols"...!!!
And Vincent Price pulled off the role so very well....
And the twisted , morbid bits of "humor" in the film.....
They were even plans for an ongoing story about the good Doctor..... But that never worked out
This picture has hung up in my room since childhood....
Horribly scared in a car accident while rushing to the hospital to be at the side of his dying wife...
and then he blamed the doctors for her death....
Man I loved that movie. So creepy. One of Vincent Price's best.
