Like a moron....as a reflex we tried to catch ourself...thus raising right arm high above me and irritating the existing injury...My ribcage on the right side took the impact of the fall ... the small table that we landed on ... the decorative metal tray that we landed upon is now warped form our impact....
That was Not much help....it looked like a alien landscape.....
