This Week's "Monday Monster".....

                                                            an old Sci-Fi Classic.....

        "It Came from Outer Space".... one that we have enjoyed since we were a small kid...


                       
                                          And the "creepy-looking" one eyed Alien....
                                    
            they crashed on earth and were in need of "help" to repair their damaged craft....
 
Fearing that the Humans would reject them ... or worse try to Kill them... they began to take control over the Humans that they encountered.....
                                using them as slave labor to repair their ship...
            when the "Monster" was finally revealed... it was very "Creepy" to me as a kid....

and this terrifying "Beastie" was designed by the same talented Lady who designed the Creature from the Black Lagoon.... among other Universal "Monsters"...

                                              an enjoyable film still to this day....
                The Movie itself (for now) ... till the CAS pulls this film as well... so enjoy....

                                  There have been many "Its"... in Horror films....

 We only see the "It" at the end of the Film ... mostly just shots from the alien's point of view.....

                                              this was a rather creepy "It"....

                                               It Came from Beneath the Sea.....
 
                                                With that great giant octopus.....
 

                                                 Or the "It" that Conquered the World.....

                      Good "concept"... but the "It" was a bit "laughable" in appearance...

                                    There was "It, the Terror from Beyond Space.....
 
                           But this "It" was just Ray Courigan in a rubber suit.....

But the best known "It" of Horror is from that Master of horror ...Stephen King..... "It"...!!!
                         

           If you were not already afraid of "clowns" this movie would cause you to "fear" them....
              
                                                       Pennywise, the dancing clown.....


                                          Yes Kiddies that "Scary Clown"....!!!!


                          Lets us explore the sewers of Derry...... the lair of ... "It"....

                                                       Vicious bastard is he not......

                                          It all began with a falling star in the desert...
                  

                                    Then It needed "slaves" to repair its damaged ship....

                                  

                             This is a "creepy Alien" that I remember from TV on a Saturday ...

One-Eyed Alien Invaders...

                              
I was noticing the similarities between "Kodos and Kang" ( of the Simpsons) and the Alien "Thing" (from the movie "It Came from Outer Space")

                         These beings, with their single large eye are a bit "creepy-looking"..

This Alien being really "creeped" me out as a small child

                                
 
And this lovely lady is the creator of the classic Alien from the film ( she also created the beloved movie monster ..."The Creature From The Black Lagoon"...!!)
 
                                 
                    Kodos and Kang are much better known by todays viewers...
               Other "One-Eyed Alien Invaders include (one of my Favorites..."The Green Slime")


                               One of the earliest "Monsters" from my childhood....

                                   I really loved the design of these "Cheesy" beasties

          And who could forget "the Crawling Eye" ( aka "the Trollingberg Terror)

                                       These slimy tentacled crawling eyeballs...

                              So Earthlings Beware.... the Alien Eyeballs are coming.....
