Well I got to ride in an Ambulance....
This Heat and mainly the Humidity,,,, I walked uptown... and on the way home I suddenly had lots of difficulty Breathing.... By the time I made it home I could barely even breath at all.... so I had to call 911....
I need to do walking.... that is what helps to keep up my health.... I do Not know what I am going to do now...
Sorry to hear about your health emergency. Always bring water and a hat, in the heat.
