One of Rick Baker's first films Along with make-up A "progressive" melting look was done with a series of masks of the poor Alex to show the stages of his state of "melting" ...great make-up The storyline as I recall was not that great but seeing how much more "melted" he had become in each appearance was something to keep your interest through the movie... I have only seen this movie back 25 years past when I was much younger... Thus Baker's work looked really good for make-up effects of that time.
